Completion and initiation… Isn’t that like an oxymoron? How can two opposing ideas be held under the same moon? Normally, aren’t we taught to do one then the other? Like … first complete what we are doing then start the next thing. Yes… but! It’s when the stars, the moon, the earth and the sun all come together in a new moon solar eclipse with some major astrological influences that these crazy things, these so called oxymorons, can occur. These kinds of eclipses create extra powerful energy that we all can tap into that allow for some major completion and new beginnings to occur in aspects of our lives … all at once!.
Do you ever feel like you are just out there in the world? Hanging? Perhaps you’ve been trying to grow your work, increase your business, or try something new.. like living your purpose? You’re really standing on the edge… And then that vulnerability comes up? And it make you wonder and doubtful about how to make choices in your life? Like..what your should have done yesterday or what to do next.. or how to live tomorrow because this new path you are blazing holds so much uncertainty? What I have found that keeps me grounded in my work and not going to far off on that second guessing myself.
Do you ever find yourself attracted to the beauty of a crystal or rock? Do you notice that you want to pick them up where ever you go? Most people think that it’s the beauty of them that make them so alluring. But the truth is.. the shocking truth is …. There is so much more to them! Crystal and rocks are alive! They are billions of years old. They grow in the ground. They hold energetic information. What? Yes.. shockingly.. they hold information that helps us mortals. They hold vibrations that help to heal our physical issues. They hold knowledge that supports us along our spiritual path. They can clear.
Is Spirituality on your daily to-do list? Or is it something that’s only added when you’re in a crisis? Spirituality is an everyday practice, not just for times of intense difficulty and sickness. Most people think that they can only call on spirit to help them in these situations. But the truth is, we can call on our spiritual practice at anytime. In fact, as I see it, we can tap into our spirit every single day! We don’t have to have a traumatic event to dive into the deeper resources of our soul. We don’t have to push it aside until something really bad comes up. But I know. For.
Need to take charge of your spirituality? Seem to be a little off your mark lately? Keep saying you’re going to get to that meditation practice .. tomorrow? Tomorrow not coming soon enough? Relax, it doesn’t have to be so hard! Many people think it takes lots of time to meditate and develop a relationship with their spirit. But the truth is, spiritual development can be as easy as 1.. 2.. 3. Three minutes a day can get you on your way to sitting still. To slowing down. To finding that voice inside that connects you to your soul. All too often, I’ve see many who think that they have.
“The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.” Albert Einstein Have you forgotten your own gift? Have you lost yourself to being a servant of your mind? Do you believe in tapping into the deeper resources of yourself? When we can activate the spirit and release the intuitive self we can find that purpose that drives the passions of our life to be fully present. All too often, I see those that are just zooming around, without going within, only to find a discontent to living and then.
When it comes to taking care of our children, especially wounded children, most us of tend to jump right in and help release the pain and suffering. Yet, when it comes to the wounded child deep within ourselves, we tend to jump right out and overlook it. The wounded child is an archetype or energy imprint that we all have. It was created when we were about the age of 3 or 4 years old. It lives within our spirit. It comes in to play when we least want it to show up. And when it shows its wounded emotions our entire energy system, physical.
Ever have one of those months where no matter how hard you try you just create a circle of energy? The circle of chasing your tail? Yeah.. well that’s the kind of month I was having last month. Extra emails going out not on purpose. (A big thanks for bearing with me!) Moving stuff back and forth… packing… unpacking and packing again. Being kicked off my own webinar. Showing up for a class of 1 only to come back and do it again with a class of 10 and then back down to none. Yet… all those circles took me deeper and deeper within my self and all the limited beliefs.
Has this been a tough season for you… physically… spirituality… mentally.. emotionally? I have found four things that help move from the winter into the spring that address each of these layers of the body. 1 – GET YOUR HANDS DIRTY! Putting my hands in the cool soil of Mother Earth pulls me out from the caves of winter, especially when I send some Reiki energy into the ground. Have you ever tried this…. stopping for a moment when preparing your gardens and running Reiki right into the ground? If you have, then you have probably noticed the energy that is returning to you in this cosmic orbit of exchange..
