Do you ever feel like you are just out there in the world? Hanging? Perhaps you’ve been trying to grow your work, increase your business, or try something new.. like living your purpose? You’re really standing on the edge… And then that vulnerability comes up? And it make you wonder and doubtful about how to make choices in your life? Like..what your should have done yesterday or what to do next.. or how to live tomorrow because this new path you are blazing holds so much uncertainty? What I have found that keeps me grounded in my work and not going to far off on that second guessing myself.
Is Spirituality on your daily to-do list? Or is it something that’s only added when you’re in a crisis? Spirituality is an everyday practice, not just for times of intense difficulty and sickness. Most people think that they can only call on spirit to help them in these situations. But the truth is, we can call on our spiritual practice at anytime. In fact, as I see it, we can tap into our spirit every single day! We don’t have to have a traumatic event to dive into the deeper resources of our soul. We don’t have to push it aside until something really bad comes up. But I know. For.
Need to take charge of your spirituality? Seem to be a little off your mark lately? Keep saying you’re going to get to that meditation practice .. tomorrow? Tomorrow not coming soon enough? But the truth is, spiritual development can be as easy as 1.. 2.. 3. Three minutes a day can get you on your way to sitting still. To slowing down. Extra emails going out not on purpose. (A big thanks for bearing with me!) Moving stuff back and forth… packing… unpacking and packing again. Being kicked off my own webinar. Showing up for a class of 1 only to come back and do it again with a class of 10 and then back down to none. Yet… all those circles took me deeper and deeper within my self and all the limited beliefs.
Our Angels are always around us. All we have to do is connect with them and ask for love and guidance. Here are 5 easy steps to connecting with the angels…. To begin: 1) Close your eyes and take a nice deep breathe in as you bring your awareness to your heart and create a heartlink mudra with your thumb and middle finger. 2) Offer a prayer of gratitude and intention to the angels for all the love, support and guidance they offer you. 3) Begin to imagine golden threads or cords of light coming from your heart up through the throat, the third eye and the crown chakra.
